Lloyd Skinner is the Founder and CEO of greyfly.ai, a UK-based AI-for-project-management company. His professional lens centers on using AI to improve delivery predictability and decision-making in complex project environments, work that has taken him into organizations including the BBC and the Houses of Parliament over more than three decades in the field. His experience spans more than 30 years in complex delivery settings, including eight years applying AI to project challenges across sectors such as infrastructure and the public sector. He has published with APM and PMI, with two book chapters currently in preparation, and greyfly.ai's Tech and Innovation Project of the Year recognition with APM provides a clear anchor for his work.
