Shushan Khachatryan van Krimpen is Sustainability and Transformation Director at Greenpact. She works at the intersection of sustainability and transformation, turning environmental and social ambitions into structured, measurable project delivery, and speaks widely on the topic, including at the PMI Global Summit in Lisbon and the World Sustainability Summit in Frankfurt in 2026. She has more than 15 years of experience across strategy, operations, and change, and has led large-scale, multi-country programs in Europe and emerging markets. Her work spans sectors from renewable energy to sustainable finance, including transformation programs for organizations such as HEINEKEN and the World Bank.
