Yolanda Cabrera-Sybesma
Yolanda Cabrera-Sybesma is CEO of CiNTL Pharma B.V., an AI-powered clinical research organization, and an independent board director for organizations navigating governance and regulatory compliance from pharma to health tech, including a seat on the Advisory Board of Avara Pharmaceutical Services, a CDMO serving more than 40 countries. She brings 25 years of experience across pharma, biotech, and life sciences, including 16 years as Managing Partner at C. International, a life sciences management consulting practice serving global pharma and biotech clients across oncology, rare disease, and endocrinology trials. She holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University, a second master's in international health development from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and completed the Women on Boards Program at Yale School of Management in 2023.
