Ruud van Delft is Managing Partner and Co-owner of Bluehive by OPG, an Asana solutions partner that helps organizations structure their work by identifying processes, implementing Asana, and automating wherever possible. He began his career in recruitment before moving into business development for work management at Xebia. Today he helps teams organize their work so that organizations face fewer problems with missed deadlines, unclear ownership, or duplicated effort, with a sharp focus on eliminating "work about work" through tooling and AI. He holds the C-OKRP certification from the OKR Institute and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hogeschool
