Marie-Laure Bols is a Senior Solutions Consultant and AI Specialist at Bluehive by OPG, where she helps teams within large organizations streamline their processes and adopt AI-driven ways of working, starting from the people who have to use the technology every day. Her work centers on analyzing business processes, translating them into automated workflows, and training key users so that new systems are adopted, with clients including Q8 and Liverpool FC. Before joining Bluehive, she spent three years as an Implementation Consultant at Xebia, managing client projects and building optimized monday.com workflows. That hands-on implementation experience shapes her practical view of the role internal ambassadors play in technology adoption, now applied at Bluehive, named Asana Partner of the Year four years in a row (2022 through 2025).
