Lucila Dotto is Global Head of Sustainability at the Project Management Institute and Executive Director of the PMI-GPM joint venture. She leads the integration of sustainability across PMI's ecosystem and the GPM-b certification, bringing an organizational psychology lens to culture, leadership, and change. She previously led PMI's Community in Europe. She has more than 15 years of international experience across consulting and higher education. Before joining PMI, she led KPMG's global Purpose and Culture Reinvigoration journey across 145 countries, and earlier co-founded AGC Consultora, a boutique culture and leadership consultancy in Argentina. She holds a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, the CAPM and GPM-b credentials, and is the author of Animate a ser 100% vos mismo (Have the Courage to Be Yourself).
