Leading Transformations That Last: Five Patterns Every Leader Should Know Why do so many transformations run out of energy before they create lasting value? Anton Zandhuis and Jeroen D'hulst answer that question in their session, "Leading Transformations That Last: Five Patterns Every Leader Should Know". This candid, no-nonsense session takes an honest look at why transformations lose momentum, at every level (individual, organizational, and strategic), offering fresh perspectives and actionable insights to lead with purpose and build the kind of culture that makes value last. Drawing on their work at threon, Anton and Jeroen walk through five recurring patterns that quietly derail even well-intentioned transformation efforts, from lost direction to depleted energy along the way. After a short introduction, participants work in small groups with a hands-on framework to reflect on their own transformation challenges, leaving with something they can put to use right away. The result is a grounded, practical look at what it actually takes to sustain change once the initial momentum fades.
